INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We will send you an email with the tracking information as soon as the delivery has left our logistics center in Italy.
All international orders are shipped via UPS Express. Depending on the destination country, delivery usually takes between 1 and 3 working days.
- For deliveries within the European Union, no additional customs charges apply.
- For deliveries to the USA : Please note that as of February 24, 2026, a 10% import surcharge applies to goods entering the US, regardless of their country of origin.
- For deliveries outside these regions, additional handling and/or customs and import fees may apply, which BLUE LEMON will not cover.
We recommend contacting your local authorities for detailed information, as the recipient is responsible for any applicable taxes and duties, usually payable upon delivery.

Your enjoyment of your purchase and the BLUE LEMON service is very important to us. If this is not the case, we will of course take back your styles up to 15 days after receipt of the shipment. Your revocation does not have to contain a reason. We ask for your understanding that we can only accept your returns if the 15-day cancellation period is met.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover return costs, but we are happy to help you find the best shipping method for you. To return a product, follow these steps:
- Please contact our webshop manager, who will be happy to find the best solution for you - depending on your country.
- We strongly recommend that you send your returns back by registered mail. The risk and costs of a return are the responsibility of the customer. BLUE LEMON assumes no liability for the loss of a return shipment.
- After receiving your return, we will refund you the cost of your order excluding shipping costs and any customs fees that may have been incurred.
- Depending on the issuer of your credit card, it will take approximately five to ten days for the credit to be credited to your account.
Please note that in the event of a return, BLUE LEMON is not responsible for reimbursement of any additional customs fees, import sales tax or other processing fees.
