INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We will send you an email with the tracking information as soon as the delivery has left our logistics center in Italy.
All international shipments are sent as express shipments per UPS Express. Depending on the country of destination the delivery time is between 1 and 3 working days.
- For deliveries within the European Union, there are no additional customs charges.
- For deliveries to the USA below the exemption limit no customs and import fees are charged.
- For deliveries outside of these regions, there may be additional handling and/or customs and import fees that BLUE LEMON will not pay. The recipient of the shipment is the importer in the destination country and is responsible for all taxes or customs duties, which are usually payable at the time of delivery. We recommend that you contact your local authorities before placing an order.

Your revocation does not have to contain a reason. We ask for your understanding that we can only accept your returns if the 15-day cancellation period is met.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover return costs, but we are happy to help you find the best shipping method for you. To return a product, follow these steps:
- Please contact our webshop manager, who will be happy to find the best solution for you - depending on your country.
- We strongly recommend that you send your returns back by registered mail. The risk and costs of a return are the responsibility of the customer. BLUE LEMON assumes no liability for the loss of a return shipment.
- After receiving your return, we will refund you the cost of your order excluding shipping costs and any customs fees that may have been incurred.
- Depending on the issuer of your credit card, it will take approximately five to ten days for the credit to be credited to your account.
Please note that in the event of a return, BLUE LEMON is not responsible for reimbursement of any additional customs fees, import sales tax or other processing fees.
